Asphalt Paving & Repair
New asphalt paving, tear-out and replacement, overlays and localized repair. We prepare the subgrade, place and compact aggregate base, set grades for drainage and pave to the thickness the project requires.
Typical applications: driveways, parking lots, private roads, HOA streets, trench and pavement restoration.
Capabilities: base-rock installation and compaction, grade control, asphalt berms and drainage improvements, pothole and patch repair.
Sealcoating & Crack Sealing
Preventative maintenance for sound asphalt. Surfaces are cleaned and prepared, cracks are cleaned and sealed, and sealcoat is applied in one or two coats based on the project.
Typical applications: residential driveways, commercial parking lots, private roads and HOA common areas.
Capabilities: surface preparation, hot-applied crack sealing where appropriate, barricading and reopening coordination, pavement-condition recommendations.
Excavation
Excavation for foundations, utilities, drainage, retaining walls and site improvements, with attention to site access, spoils handling and protecting surrounding areas.
Typical applications: building pads and footings, utility and drainage trenches, retaining-wall cuts, over-excavation and recompaction.
Capabilities: trenching, mass and detail excavation, backfill and compaction, hauling coordination.
Grading & Site Preparation
Rough and finish grading that sets the elevations, slopes and drainage patterns the rest of the project depends on. Land leveling is handled as part of this work.
Typical applications: building pads, driveways and roads, parking areas, lot drainage corrections and site preparation for paving or concrete.
Capabilities: grade control, subgrade preparation, aggregate base installation, compaction, erosion control and drainage grading.
Storm Drains & Drainage
Storm-drain and drainage systems constructed according to approved plans and applicable agency requirements, followed by backfill, compaction and surface restoration.
Typical applications: subdivisions, commercial sites, public works, private roads and residential drainage problems.
Capabilities: storm-drain lines, catch basins and inlets, trench and channel drains, culverts, swales and retaining-wall drainage.
Retaining Walls
Retaining walls built with the excavation, footings, drainage and backfill that long-term performance depends on. Where engineering or permits are required, walls are built according to the approved plans.
Typical applications: driveway cuts, hillside and slope retention, building pads and road widening.
Capabilities: concrete walls, pressure-treated wood walls, soldier-pile and lagging walls, wall drainage and backfill.
Concrete Construction
Civil and site concrete formed and placed on properly prepared, compacted base.
Typical applications: foundations and slabs, driveways, curbs and gutters, valley gutters, sidewalks, steps and ADA corrections.
Capabilities: forming, reinforcement, drainage-related concrete, concrete retaining walls, removal and replacement.
Underground Utilities & Sewer
Underground water, sewer, storm and utility construction for residential, commercial and public-works projects, completed according to approved plans and utility requirements.
Typical applications: sewer laterals and mains, water services, utility trenches and new service connections.
Capabilities: trenching, pipe bedding, hot-tap connections, backfill and compaction, pavement restoration.
Foundations & Complete Sitework
For projects that need several scopes, we coordinate and perform the excavation, grading, utilities, drainage, concrete and paving needed to take a site from rough ground to a finished surface.
